Urban Food Resilience under Climate Change Challenges
The impact of climate change has contributed to increase urbanization and challenges in agricultural production. This has been problematic for food and nutrition security.
The Urban Food Resilience under Climate Change Challenges (UrbanFOSC) project leverages partners in the Netherlands, France, Algeria, Kenya, and South Africa to build models based on existing climate data and ground-truth methodologies that will predict climate scenarios impacting local and international food value chains.
